Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using PYCC’s application and services, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
PYCC supplies water and ice refilling products and offers delivery within supported parts of Trento, Agusan del Sur. Product availability, delivery coverage, operating hours, and estimated times may change because of stock, weather, staffing, road conditions, or other operational limits.
Customer accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your account credentials private. One personal account should be used per customer unless PYCC approves another arrangement. Notify PYCC promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.
Orders and payments
Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and GCash. Prices and fees shown when an order is submitted apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious errors. An order may require confirmation and payment verification before processing or delivery.
Delivery
Customers must provide a complete, reachable delivery address and phone number. Delivery is limited to supported areas and hours. Rider GPS is used during active delivery work to support routing, safety, and delivery status updates. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Suki loyalty program
Eligible purchases may earn Suki gallons or rewards under the program rules shown by PYCC. Rewards have no cash value, may be adjusted for cancellations, refunds, or errors, and may expire under a policy communicated to customers. PYCC may correct fraudulent or mistakenly issued rewards.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the order, payment status, product condition, and verification of the request. Approved refunds are processed using an available method and may require transaction evidence. Contact PYCC promptly when reporting an incorrect, missing, damaged, or undelivered order.
Prohibited uses
Do not submit fraudulent payments, impersonate another person, share accounts for abuse, interfere with application security, manipulate loyalty records, scrape protected information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PYCC is not responsible for indirect losses caused by events outside its reasonable control. Any direct liability connected with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Changes to these terms
PYCC may update these terms when services, policies, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the application or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
