PYCC Water Refilling Station provides water, ice, loyalty, payment, and delivery services in Trento, Agusan del Sur, Philippines. PYCC is responsible for the personal information processed through this service.

For riders, we collect GPS locations while delivery work is active. We also process basic account, security, and transaction records needed to operate the service.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, process orders, route and confirm deliveries, verify payments, administer Suki rewards, provide customer support, prevent abuse, keep business records, and comply with legal obligations.
How we store your information
Information is stored in the PYCC application database with access limited by staff roles. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Payment screenshots and GPS records are stored only for operational, verification, dispute, security, and record-keeping needs, and should be deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary for those purposes or required by law.
Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. Assigned delivery personnel receive only the customer contact and address information needed to complete a delivery. OpenStreetMap tile providers receive standard network request information, such as an IP address and browser details, when a map is loaded. We may disclose information when required by law or needed to protect customers, staff, or the service.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Philippine law, you may ask whether we process your information, request access or a portable copy, correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, or request erasure or blocking when legally available. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
Security measures
We use hashed passwords, secure session cookies in production, role-based access controls, request validation, activity records, and browser security controls. No online service is completely risk-free, so users should keep their password private and report suspected account misuse promptly.
